About Us

T. Fritz Levenhagen has represented injured workers throughout southern Illinois and eastern Missouri for over 20 years.  He has successfully litigated cases in both Illinois and Missouri.  He has obtained jury verdicts for his clients in both state and federal courts in Missouri and Illinois.  He received his bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University of Carbondale in 1983 and his law degree from St. Louis University School of Law in 1986.  After high school, he worked at several factories in southern Illinois to help pay for law school.  This experience left him with an understanding of difficulties encountered by working men and women who work in physically demanding jobs. You can feel confident that his firm will aggressively and effectively prosecute your case.  His firm receives cases primarily through the referral of other clients.  Most lawyers who advertise as personal injury lawyers are less experienced and have not achieved the same results.  Taking care of the injured client is his most important goal.

Mr. Levenhagen has tried numerous complex personal injury and workers’ compensation cases throughout Southern Illinois and Eastern Missouri.  He has been appointed as a member of the Illinois State Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Section Counsel.  He frequently lectures in the area of workers’ compensation and personal injury.  He concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury, workers’ compensation, and social security disability cases.
